I'm very new to this. Have been using Res Med machine with full face mask. Just received the Phillips dream ware mask. The tubing fittings don't match. Just got off the phone with Phillips and they insured it would fit. Cant figure how to connect it?

That usually means there is something from the previous mask stuck in your tube. Both ends of your tube should be soft rubber. If there is a hard plastic piece in one end, it needs to be removed.
