Simply fill out a questionnaire about your past CPAP use from the comfort of your own home/office, send it back to us, and we'll forward it to one of our U.S. licensed physicians. Once our doctors review your CPAP history, they'll issue a prescription for a CPAP machine and supplies that will be good for 8 years! Easy Breathe also offers an Easy Sleep Apnea Test (ESAT) package if you have never been diagnosed with sleep apnea before. It has a similar process to the CPAP prescription package described by @Jessica_EasyBreathe however it also includes an in home sleep test that will determine if you have sleep apnea.

The process is as easy as 1, 2, 3.

First Easy Breathe will email you a questionnaire that asks some basic questions about your sleeping habits. That questionnaire is then evaluated by a physician who will write a prescription for an in home sleep test.

Next the home sleep test is shipped out to you. You take the test over the course of two nights then ship it back with the label included in the original shipment.
